Young Adults
COME RUN AFTER JESUS WITH US!
We believe these years matter.
Young adulthood isn't a waiting room before real life begins. These are years where God wants to form us, shape us, and establish something in us that will mark the rest of our lives.
We don't want to spend our twenties just trying to figure ourselves out. We want to give ourselves fully to Jesus.
We want to be a community of young adults who are all in - learning to walk with Jesus, live in His presence, hear His voice, obey His Word, and give our lives away for His purposes.
For the sake of the race set before us, we fix our eyes on Jesus.

WHO WE ARE
We believe Jesus is worthy of our whole lives.
Our desire is to see a generation of young adults awakened to and living in the fullness of the gospel - not just knowing about Jesus, but actually living in all that He purchased for us.
This is a place to be known, to grow, to encounter God, to build deep friendships, and to discover what it looks like to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
Together, we're becoming people who are:
HUNGRY.
HEALTHY.
HOLY.
HUMBLE.
HUNGRY
A LIFE AWAKE TO GOD.
We want to stay hungry for Jesus.
Hungry for His presence.
Hungry for His Word.
Hungry to hear His voice.
Hungry to know Him more.

We don't want to drift through these years spiritually passive or comfortable.
We want our desire for Jesus to keep growing.
HEALTHY:
A WHOLE AND INTEGRATED LIFE.
Jesus doesn't just want part of your life.
We want to become people who bring our whole lives into the light - emotionally, spiritually, relationally, and practically.
Following Jesus means allowing Him to bring wholeness to every part of who we are.
We want to be people who are known, connected, honest, and grounded in Jesus.
“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through.” - 1 Thessalonians 5:23
HOLY
A LIFE FULLY GIVEN TO JESUS.
To be holy is to belong wholly to Jesus.
We want to be a people set apart for Him - pursuing purity, practicing repentance and confession, walking in obedience, and learning to say yes to Jesus in every area of our lives.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world…” - Romans 12:2
We want our lives to look different because we belong to Jesus.
HUMBLE
A LIFE TURNED OUTWARD.
Following Jesus means our lives are no longer centered on ourselves.
We want to become people who serve, lead, use our gifts, make disciples, and give our lives away for the sake of others.
“Go and make disciples…” - Matthew 28:19
We want to live with our eyes up and our lives turned outward.
FIND YOUR PEOPLE
OPEN TABLES
Open Tables are at the core of Light Church.
They're a place where friendships are formed, people are known, needs are met, and we grow together in our relationship with Jesus.
Open Tables look different depending on the group. Some are more like a traditional Bible study, some are activity-based, and some are centered around a course or shared interest.
Find a table. Pull up a chair. Come be part of the community.
GATHER WITH US
LIGHT YOUNG ADULTS
FALL 2026
This fall, we're launching Light Young Adults with biweekly gatherings on Thursdays.
We want to create space to gather around Jesus and gather around each other.
Some Thursdays will be about going after God together. Other Thursdays will be about hanging out, having fun, and building community.
We need both.
WEEK 1 - YA SERVICES
Our YA Services are a place to host God's presence, encounter Jesus, and be formed together.
We'll have worship, teaching specifically for our age and phase of life, prayer, and activation.
We don't just want to hear the Word - we want to respond to what God is doing and actually live it out.
These nights are about going after Jesus together and blessing His heart with our lives.
WEEK 2 — COMMUNITY + FELLOWSHIP
We also believe being a Christian is supposed to be fun. We want to laugh together, eat together, make friends, celebrate, play, and enjoy life together.
Fun is a pillar for us because we believe Jesus leads into life and life abundantly.
So some Thursdays will simply be about being together and enjoying the people God has put around us.

GOING DEEPER
WE WANT TO DO MORE THAN GATHER.
Following Jesus is a lifelong journey of becoming more like Him.
Throughout the year, YA Growth Courses will create space for us to go deeper - learning, practicing, and experiencing the way of Jesus together.
FALL 2026 — ACTIVATING PRAYER
A 6-module experiential prayer training designed to help disciples discover and step into their identity as sons and daughters of the King.
September 14 – November 16
Monday Nights

SPRING 2027 — BACK TO THE GARDEN
A 12-lesson journey back to the garden — back to intimacy with the One who created you.
A meaningful and fulfilling relationship with God is waiting.
