Mission + Vision
We are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with your children as we teach them to be with Jesus, become more like Him, and do what He did. We desire to partner with you in sharing the love, light, and redemption of Jesus within your homes & your communities. We believe that as kids grow in their personal relationship with Jesus, they will walk more confidently in their identity as children of God, shining His love and light to whomever they meet.

New Family Information
SUNDAYS
We’re excited to offer two Young Light locations every Sunday!
La Paloma Theatre – Services at 9:00 AM + 11:00 AM
Chapel (831 3rd ST, Encinitas CA 92024) – Services at 9:00 AM + 4:00 PM
We have the space & volunteers to accommodate children from 6 weeks old through 5th grade. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly greeted by volunteers & staff! They will assist your family with check-in where you will give your information and your child’s information, receive a tag for your child to wear and a matching parent tag for you to use for pick-up, and drop your child off with our incredible team!
CHECK-IN
We will have a staff member stationed at the check in counter to assist you with receiving your tag. We require that all kids are registered and checked in by a parent or guardian for their safety and security.
OASIS
GUIDING OUR 4TH & 5TH GRADERS INTO FRIENDSHIP WITH GOD
Oasis is a space for 4th and 5th graders to explore & learn how to navigate God's Word each week. Our hope is that they will leave Sundays with the wholehearted belief that God is their Oasis, their safe place.
Oasis will be meeting each week for the 11 AM service at La Paloma in the Young Light teaching classroom!

BABY DEDICATIONS
Our babies and young children are so important to us at light church. Families with young children make up a large part of our community and it is an honor to support you as you raise up your children in the way of the Lord. We love celebrating new life together and what better way to do this than with a baby dedication.

Young Light Summer Day Camp
Summer Day Camp (or VBS) is an incredible time for deep connection, personal growth, & time with Jesus for our Young Light kids and our community.
